I built a great life.

I just didn't recognize myself in it.

You built a good life, even when it meant losing small parts of yourself along the way.

Lately, something feels off. It slips in during the quiet moments, a low hum of unease whispering that this can’t be all there is.

You can’t quite describe it, but it feels like the dull ache of being out of sync with your own life. Like you drifted away from who you used to be.

You’ve started to notice a restlessness that lingers, no matter how much you try to ignore it. You move through your days, doing what needs to be done, but it feels like you’re watching your own life from the outside.

You find yourself thinking back to when life felt lighter, when you laughed without effort, when you felt free. You just want to feel like yourself again.

And none of it is getting any easier when the world outside feels just as unsettled as you do inside.

Finding those flickers of light.

That restlessness you're feeling is a signal, a nudge from the part of you that remembers what it feels like to be fully alive. It’s a reminder that there’s still more of you waiting to be lived, even if you can’t quite see what that looks like yet.

It’s not about ignoring what’s happening in the world or pretending everything’s fine. It’s about finding your way back to yourself in the middle of it.

The part of you that still believes in joy, even when things feel uncertain. The one who used to dream, laugh, and take chances.

The part that knows there’s more to life than just getting through the day, and that small moments of light can exist right alongside the hard ones.

Hi, I'm Rachela. Educator, Mentor & Founder of The Good.

I know what it’s like to look around at a life that seems fine on the surface but feels misaligned underneath. For years, I followed the path I thought I was supposed to, until I realized I’d built a life that looked right but didn’t feel right.

All of this was unfolding against a backdrop of a world that felt increasingly fractured. I could feel the weight of it, not just in my own life, but in the collective exhaustion of women trying to hold everything together while the world seemed to unravel.

That was the moment I began questioning the old stories about success, worth, and what it means to be a woman in a world that often asks us to shrink. I began creating from a place of truth instead of expectation, and it led me here - helping other women do the same.

Now, through my work, I hold space for women who are ready to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their voice, and build something that feels deeply aligned. I don’t come with all the answers, but I do bring lived experience, years of study, and a deep belief that you are capable of creating a life that feels like you, even in an uncertain world.

Where the good stuff begins.

Working with me isn’t about quick fixes or pretending everything’s fine. The world feels heavy right now, and it’s easy to get lost in that despair. This is about learning how to stay awake to what’s happening without letting it swallow you whole, all while slowing down, getting real, and finding your way back to you.

I bring a calm, steady presence and a knack for seeing what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll unravel what’s been weighing you down and start putting things back together in a way that feels right for you.

My approach is gentle but no-nonsense. I’ll ask the questions that get to the heart of things and remind you that you already have what you need. This isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who you are and trusting that she’s still in there.

A little more about me...

I believe in slow mornings, honest conversations, and creating from truth, not pressure. I care deeply about women finding their voice again, especially when the world has told them to quiet down. Because I believe we rise by remembering who we are.

I’m endlessly curious about what helps us feel most alive, and I’ll always choose depth over polish. I’m for real connection, meaningful work, and laughter that loosens the grip of perfection.

I’m deeply empathetic and tend to notice the patterns others might miss, the quiet threads that connect how we think, feel, and show up. I have a strong sense of fairness and can’t help but want things to make sense, for all people to be seen and treated with care.

I’m done with hustle culture, surface-level empowerment, and pretending we’re fine when we’re not.

If we ever meet, I’ll probably ask you what lights you up before I ask what you do.
